The poetic sensibilities of Jim Crace’s fiction. (And yes, my advice is to get over the anti-Jesus bit and read Quarantine).
If you haven’t yet gone to Time to ask Haruki Murakami a question, then do so before time runs out, because given the frequency of his interview-giving, you won’t get a second chance. Also, it’s fun to see what other people have asked him so far. My brother Brian wondered how Murakami would link the questions together, whether he would try to form a coherent progression of thought, as if he was talking to one person rather than taking questions from random people, but I’m guessing that would be rather difficult.
The Sony Reader, on the heels of the Kindle, and everything always needs upgrading (except good ole regular books).

Sorry to hear about your wrist, I know what that’s like. Get away from the computer! Yes yes about Jim Crace (a review of Devil’s Larder coming soon in The Short Review), and thanks for the Murakami link, I hope I’m not too late!
